I've seen them on sites with prices from $9.99 to $120.00+.

These were made around the early 1960's, usually painted and with a salt glaze. The bottom should have the Gerz/Gerzit stamp and sometimes "Handarbeit" (meaning hand crafted); also, a number (which one in the series it is). I don't recall how many were made though.

Gerz went bankrupt in the 1990's and was bought by the DOMEX Geschenk-Manufaktur, who owns the Gerz label rights.
