Hey I haven't posted in a while but i have something i need help with. I recently found something that the rest of my family says were my great grandfathers yet i'm trying to research more about them. I have 2 cufflinks and a tie pin. They don't have a visible metal mark and i can't seem to figure out were they are from. The box they came in says: Carl Rieth Juwlier Augsburg. the cuff links have: "duikfixr patent" written on them. there is also a picture of an old steamship on the front of the cuff's. The tie pin has a cross on the front yet besides that doesn't have much. here's some pictures: 20171023_153006.jpg20171023_152035.jpg20171023_152100.jpg If you need a picture of the word on the back please reply!

The vessel looks like either the Lusitania or the Titanic.
I understand the fourth stack on the Titanic (perhaps also on the Lusitania) was non-functional; only there for aesthetics.
Perhaps that is why no smoke appears coming from the forward stack.
Sorry if I digressed.
Don...
PS: Correct spelling of one word is probably Juwelier.
