George Washington medal

I found this huge medal at a house built in the 1850's

t has George Washington on the front

And says president of the constitutional convention 1787. Very hard to make anything out on the back. I can't find any info on this medal. So not sure how old it really is

my guess would be a medal commemorating the centennial of the constitution. i see what looks like independence hall and philadelphia on the reverse.
