Went to a spot with cbxjon that he'd secured before harvest time. Fun spot to hunt with a lot of pottery and glass on the surface and soft dirt to dig in! Found some buttons and this rough copper which I guess is counterfeit considering the thickness and shape. Also dug the little tombac button that cleaned up nicely. I actually cleaned it and placed it in a paper towel to dry and then accidentally threw it in the trash! After emptying the bag I "re-found" it, in one of the last paper towels from a really nasty bag of garbage! Thanks for looking and hope everyone has a great week!

Congrats on all of the buttons. That's a hand full of them.

Left facing bust, George II. Counterfeit would make it all the better, IMO.

Well done Darby. Best of luck to you!

DARBY DARBY WHAT CAN I SAY , THOSE BUTTONS ARE NEAT FINDS AND GLAD YOU POSTED THEM TODAY .

Thanks Tom, Sutphin and VMI. Appreciate your comments. Hope y'all have a great week!
