The amazing thing about George Carlin's ability to see life in a different way was truly a gift. When I was driving I was thinking about one of his routines about drivers and our perception of them.
Anyone that is driving way faster than us is a maniac, those going quite a bit slower are a$$e$ He mentioned several other details and had the idea that anytime you saw someone driving in a foolish manner, you would have a little gun that would shoot a rubber dart onto their car with a red flag reading stupid. Once a cop sees a car with 3, or more flags, they are pulled over and given a ticket for being stupid. That is a grand idea
