Went to a new creek today, did a hour or so quickly just to check it over. First gravel bar I hit this rock caught my eye. It just looks to symetrical to me to be natural but maybe it is, what you think?? Also I found this little broke and some preform or cores or whatever. Cant wait to go back. Thanks for looking... JYD...

Well, that one looks like a geofact to me. BUT, the rest of the stuff looks good. Looks like you found a good stretch of gravel to hunt. Good luck on your next visit.

It just depends, JD. A lot of places, that symmetrical piece would just be part of the lithic background noise. Other places, it would stick out as an oddity to be explained.

Either way, you definitely found a good place :headbang:

I will vote some kind of 'abrader' as described by CG Yeager in Arrowheads and Stone Artifacts.

Purdy Geo. Beaver teeth??? Nice worked pieces looks like a good hunting spot.

Big horse skull, pulled them out and left the rest. Seen bits and pieces all up and down the creek. JYD...
