General Francisco De Miranda Medal

Or at least I think its a medal...

Quarter there for size reference. It appears to be gold plated. Around the top says, "General Francisco De Miranda." Bottom right I can make out the word "Patria." Same position on the bottom left I definitely see the letter "H".

Was hoping to find a photo of the item and age.
