Marysville, Montana ghost town
Detector(s) used
Nose. Eyes. Poorly-shod feet at times. Unique area of EXTREME concentrated population 1880s-1890s in small area. So much metal eroded in area any dip of magnet in soil forms balls and detectors useles
Primary Interest:
Relic Hunting
Left abandoned in NON-renovated portion of renovated 1880s cabin in half-destroyed old bathroom that looked last occupied around 1938 by the cobwebs, etc. Not pictured but soon as I figure out this camera: the Mrs. Stewart's Bluing, intact and unopened Gilette Blue Blade razors & other dust-covered products. Literal picture of active household room decades after the one day people decided never to enter it again. Net refs tag this razor as c. 1912.
This "Julian House" has documented hauntings; witnessed jawdropping events myself in residence but must note for record that no rumor, story, anecdote or murmur has ever arisen with this room as issue.

That's a neat find. I found one just like it, and researched it as you did. I was surprised to find out it was that old. I found mine in 3 different pieces, and was able to piece it all back together and put it in my display case.

Clean it up, put a new blade in it and use it. That's my almost daily choice of razor.

I detected a permission in Marysville, your profile comment is spot on. I have never detected a more iron-laden property. I found absolutely nothing interesting. But boy does that town have potential for some great discoveries. A very neat place.
