The reason the company that manufactures the detectors wants you to buy them from one of there dealers not from them...........If they would compete with the dealers a lot of dealers would not carry thier products.........And then in the long run the manufactures would sell a lot and i mean a lot less detectors.........The detector manufactures are like all manfactures they want you to buy from the dealer...............................Can you go to a Ford plant and buy a ford no you go to a dealer..........Jim
