garrett lower shaft

OK i know I'm opening myself up here but just asking for some advice if you've had this problem also. i have a Garrett 1350 when i got my new 14 by 10 DD coil and put it on while swinging the lower shaft is flimsy is there any way of firming this up or a differant shaft i can use i just want to make sure i don't get false signals so thanks for you time and advice.. HH

Hi Dragon6,

I don't own your model,I got a CX, but have you tried to put a wrap of tape on the shaft end?

This might do the trick.I know Garrett has other lowers available.

i have'nt tried tape yet but with my height i have it all the way out to the last hole did'nt know what to about the wobble. and my name is from my racing days with Buick Grand National

I too have the height problem, Garrett sells a longer lower stem for us vertically gifted guys.
