garrett GTAx1250

I bought a Garrett GTAx1250 about 5 years ago. I love it! It's a little difficult to get used to at first but once you do it's great. Recently I emailed Garrett to ask about purchasing a replacement battery pack. They emailed me back and said they would send one to me at NO COST. Maybe it's just me but that meant alot. No questions asked. Thank you Garrett.
