I also had a small problem with my first pro-pointer and they replaced it, no questions asked.
I also dropped my battery cover once while changing the battery and lost it on a overgrown
river bank, when I emailed them to ask if I could buy another they said a new cover was in the
mail "No Cost". another great thing, made in the USA.

Yes I have to agree with you. This year when I got out my Propointer it would not turn on. I called them and they said th on/off button mist of went out of it. For me to return it and a new one was here all within the week....Matt
