No, but we sent them a "fake Propointer"! All they said is that they are aware of the issue.
On the other hand, I personally returned a 13" GTI 2500 coil that was falsing. They immediately sent a new one free of charge.
Sorry, my reply is off topic, but I do like Garrett's customer service.
