I recently lost a pad for the headphones that came with my now not so new Garrett GTI 2500. I contacted the Garrett factory direct and requested to buy a new earpad since it was not due to faulty equipment, strictly my fault that I lost it. They sent me a new earpad at no cost to replace it. The pad did not fit so when I informed their Rep. Louise, she got back to me immediately and told me they did not have that particular pad in stock. So, what did she do? She sent me a brand new set of headphones, no charge and I didn't even have to return the old ones! A pat on the back to the Garrett folks as their customer service is superb! JIM

I have noticed most metal detector dealers/manufactures do take the time to keep their costumers happy.
It's good of you to acknowledge a good deed done...
