HAS ANYONE USED THE 12 1/2 COIL ON THE 1500. HOW DID IT WORK.

When i had my 1500 i used it it worked fine got a little deeper not much but was that detector heavy with it on..........................................

I agree, not much increase in depth and made a heavy detector even heavier. You cover more surface area, and the pinpointing was as good and easy as the stock coil.

Ditto on the heavy detector without that much increase in depth.
