Garfield Gold Dollar Question

I have 2 rolls of Garfield UNC gold dollars I plan to sell. How do I tell if they are 2011 or 2012? I've looked them all over but can't tell what year they are and I don't want to touch them or break open the rolls. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm under the impression that each president is featured for one year-- Garfield in 2011 and Arthur in 2012, for example.

The date is on the side, but each President was produced for a few months, all in one year.

Yes, Garfield was released in November of 2011. The only president (so far) that has 2 issues is Grover Cleveland. Both of the issues for his 2 separate terms were in 2012.
