takes over 2 Full Minutes & 3 1/2 till they got Water

For as old as The UK is, I can't believe they don't have Hydrants ?
& maintenance ? This is Ridiculous ! I wonder if it was at least a wake up Call
to Clean out the underground Hydrants regularly
