Garage Sale reality show.... from the Pawn Star producers

Bray Entertainment, co-creators of "Pawn Stars," wants to give StorageTreasures members the opportunity to star in a new reality show about garage sales.
The show tracks several Pickers as they comb the country picking treasures to sell at an Extraordinary Garage Sale.


They are looking for Pickers with personality, experience and a lot of energy.
We told them they need look no further.

Here's their wish list - but they are willing to color outside the lines:

Pickers with a picking partner preferred (submit separate videos)
30 - 60 years young
In Texas or the South
Pick for a living
"Rough appearance" .... tattoos welcome!
Southern accent preferred

To apply, create a casting video with your name, age, location & picking history.
Also address the following....and remember,
they are looking for energy, excitement, passion and charisma.

How did you become a picker?
What's your favorite thing about picking?
Tell a story about a favorite find or funny circumstance!
Introduce a few of your favorite items & their background stories!
Teach them! Prove you're an expert!
Be sure to capture your personality & the environment you live and work in!

Submit your videos by Monday February 20th!

heres the script i could submint...get up on a june saturday morning in 2012...go to atm get 100.00 out...go to gas station...... fill up tank excitingly chattin with my partner on the yard sales we will hit....sadly return to the trailer house cause it took the whole hundred bucks to fill up the pick up...

I got an invite from them on another forum i'm a member of. I'd rather not draw any more attention to one of the last avenues of picking for profit. Thanks to these types of shows, many people already think everything they own is a priceless heirloom that belongs on the Antiques Roadshow.

Yeah, ask long time storage unit buyers how the shows treated them. before they were steals and deals. Now you'd think any and everyone was loaded with gold and diamonds.

last week just seen a show about md IT SUCKED BIG TIME.

They all suck. American Pickers is still a pretty good show, but they're the only ones. Pawn Stars, American Diggers, and the one with the two storage locker losers are AWFUL. I can't stomach any of them, and I'm hoping they all burn themselves out soon.

The only reality show i watch now is .....Ice Road Truckers..... And that is because i am a retired trucker..... and at 71 still drive a tractor trailer part time just one or two days a week.... can't seem to get it out of my blood i love it....
