funny stone

this stone was found by me last year on the grass while taking our dog to a walk.
Not only its strange form but also the geometrical lines on it makes me wonder
if it was just only a river stone or it could perhaps be man made?
On both sides of the stone the lines coincide !
Look at the Pics and give me please an opinion

Could that rock,with that hole in the end,be to hold the stick when starting a fire.......you know,with the bow to spin the stick? Looks like it to me!

Thanks for your opinion. Due to its measures I thought it could have been some kind of instrument or
perhaps an Amulet?
However,the possibility that it could be mother nature's work is not excluded

In my opinion it is a geofact...naturally shaped rock which may or may not look like something else.
