Yes the wired headphones are included. I never used them... but I lost the accessories box they came in so they're packed in a zip lock bag.

All the charging cords are there and the unit is in good working order?

It has about 10 hrs of use. Like new. everything that comes with it new is there. Charge cord, headphones. Payment info is in the description.
