Hey all, Got some hunting in this weekend. Man Saturday was cold. But I had to weather it with the season getting over. Ground was semi solid already and in certain parts was frozen. Hope to get a few more trips in here before it takes over.

Saturday I got a 1922 pittsburgh railways token 2 wheats and a Henry Harrison 9th president token. Died one month after inauguartion. Today I got one 1916D wheat one 1909 wheat 1 1907 indian 4 various date wheats all teen years and one no cash value token.

I also got another one of those small plate things with a old type of car on it. I also found this small disc of metal with a ship on it that looks like it was from the 1700's. The site goes back that far but it was just farm land in those days. Just looks old and I haven't seen any other alloy like it. Also picked up a few marbles and some relics.

I have been concentrating on coins deeper than 6.5 inches at these last few sites I have been to. It has been turning out good for me. They left me some stuff behind it's just all deep. I don't mind though. As long as it's there I'll keep hunting these spots.

Thanks for looking

HH Jer

Always enjoy seeing your finds, Jeremy. Good luck on future hunts before the ground is too frozen!

Nice finds that car and ship look like they could be an old stampof some type? Maybe?
The coin with the hole looks like a piece of old coal script.

Great Digs

Jer,

nice bunch of artifacts.

Looks like you did a bunch of digging; not much time left.

have a good un..............

Good digs Jer.

That car is cool. Tolkens, wheats and IH round out the lot.

I know what you mean about the cold - I'm inside if it's 35 or below. Our ground hasn't frozen yet. We live close to Lake Erie and the water temp is still in the 40's. I think that helps. It sure would be nice to extend the season. The place we are hunting lately is well drained and easy digging now. In the summer it's hard as rock.

Good luck.

Bob

Great stuff jer!! WTG!!

Thanks everyone. Weather has been really warm here the last few days. I couldn't hunt though because it's been raining alot here. Probably get a few more trips in before it gets to cold. Got some spots lined up but don't know if the weather will hold to check. Been a good solid year.

Thanks to all who viewed my stuff this year.

I enjoy your posts also. Nice assortment of finds. When you got a area with old brass you never know what will turn up.

As always,

nice digs Jer!

Thanks alot everyone. I am constantly thinking reading and looking for places to hunt. It can be tough trying to stay on top of this hooby at all times. It can be done though. Once you get on a certain path you never leave it. That's how you keep finding treasure. Every treasure hunter has to find his own path. But once you realize where to hunt how the people used the lands around you you will be able to find treasure all the time.

Thanks alot everyone

HH Jeremy
