Frozen Finds

Not much in value but yesterday chiseled out 20 clads in our Indiana frozen tundra!Also found a old bullet about the length of your pinky nail,has 2 bands and looks like clay,read 10-14 on my MXT any ideas?

The bullet sounds like a Civil War era .58 caliber. A picture would probably help identify it for sure. Luckily, here north of Houston, Texas, we don't have to contend with frozen ground, but we are experiencing rain and temperatures in he low 40's. Not good for any kind of outdoor activities. Looking forward to some sunshine. Hope you have some warm weather coming.
