Frost Radio What is it and How old?

I found 3 of these in a American Flyer Train Set box and can't find anything about them through a Google search or through Feebay,

Any ideas on age and usage?

Looking more for the application of the insignia label if anyone has a clue.

Size?

The is lots of advertising (especially in Popular Mechanics) on the internet for "Herbert H. Frost" and Frost Radio. He made parts and head phones through the 1920's. I didn't see any logo that looked like yours.

Size is 6" wide and 2 1/2" tall

i just noticed the back has application instructions on it and it is adhesive once water is applied to it.
Never noticed the instructions on the back[
