I'm guilty of not posting my finds, but I'm grateful for all the ideas about what to look for at garage and estate sales. Thanks to people like Diggumup and Cyberdan and a host of others (just a few finds from the last couple of weeks):

001.webp

Four Starbucks city mugs. .50 each.

003.webp

Ralph Lauren Polo cap $1.00

005.webp007.webp

Keuffel & Esser (K+E) antique hand-held surveyors transom with level bubble. Talked down from $5.00 from $10.00. And Hilger and Watts, Ltd. Metal cased surveyor's transom - $8.00

Vintage Schlitz beer tavern lights, working. $10.00 for the pair.

006.webp

UT Models race car. About 5" long. $1.00. Haven't researched it yet.

Now the good stuff:

Sorry for the double pic, but it is a Mont Blanc green leather pen case (holds two pens). $1.00. I asked the lady if she had the pens and she laughed and said they were long gone. Found out it never came with pens. The case is it. It's at $51.00 with a day to go on ebay.

HP 10C calculator with case an instruction book. Passes the self test. $1.00. Should go between $100.00 - $300.00.

Again, thanks to all the forum members who have been free with their advice on what to look for!

Some real good finds and thanks for posting them. Easy stuff to ship also, that's a wonderful thing. I keep buying stuff that requires ridiculous work to ship.

Thanks War! This was a double post from the one that just lists the attachments that you have to open up.

I agree with you on size. I am drastically trying to buy only things that are easy to ship, but you know, sometimes the bug just bites you and ya gotta buy!

Wow- great finds!!

I need to expand my searches to some other things it looks like.
