it's quartz i come from victoria, and i have never seen so much and many variations in the ground as there is here in western australia, and i donyt recall seeing quartz like this b4 either, i have seen some quartz that has the appearance of being burnt with extreme heat with pure white buck quartz seemingly morphing out of it am going to concentrate round that area next time i go out, next weekend prob went out 2day no joy 35 deg celsius no help (makes the beer better now tho)
