From a mining town

I found this at my mining town last spring and finally got it cleaned up. It appears to read " Cokel Manufactoring Co." This item is 3 1/2' tall and 6 1/2" long

Opps .. Didn't see the second photo. Don't have any ideas on this one. Interesting piece though!
