Hello eve, In my world something like that indicates 4 direction toward its nose = 1, where its comming from = 2, across the eyes = 3 or 4 directions depending if theres an eye on the other side or not, ( is it windy where you are at ). Depending how high it is 5ft or less may be a middle marker, ( 1 1/4 mile between corner markers ) you may be able to find another knee high marker in the direction of your choice at 1320 / 1326 feet or a quarter mile, it could be in a tunnel or shaft indicated by the hind leg, the circle may indicate zero ( 15 / 150 / 1500, because its not filled in. If it was just a head then it would indicate just one direction

Just looked over your frog and it seems theres something indicates behind it that may be 1/2 of a windrose, probably the one that has all the info on it that you will need to work the most important 1/2, if I just get near a hill top I can't help but go up there and look around, even if its a 7 ft deep hole it still makes me grin.

I don't think its a Babylonnian frog monument. I do see a elongated alein head,with a Snake connection, dig around the base of the rock to see if there is more to bbe shone. It could be very old ,and a lot of dirt builtup. That must be awesometo be in a place,so rich in history. First, civilization,Iraq, Anunnaki. Good luck ,Eve, must eat from the tree. Justintime
