Friend Requests?

I wouldn't think so. Not in a list anyway.

guess its nice to know that you have one/some. most of us have plenty of friends, even long distance ones like here on the forum. there are those that "we" hope are our friends but not always. true friends are selfless, always wanting the best for each other (doesn't mean they don't have their fun), friends go that extra mile, helping in many ways. hopefully if you are a friend of mine, you don't have to ask to know
 

It's so strange that you ask, as it was a question that I was thinking of posting up as a thread.

"Friend" It's probably one of the most thrown around words in the english language that folks use, but really in life one is very fortunate to count real true friends on more than one hand the rest are merely acquaintances and nothing more. It's kind of strange to hear it from complete strangers "oh my friend how are you doing?" Gee buddy I just met you 2 seconds ago, but since we're friends can you lend your truck to me pal for the weekend?

what benefit is there to having a Friends list on Face ?
isn't everyone there running around "Friending everyone Trying to be Top Dog ?
& for what ? Does top dog win a Million Dollars or Something ?

At least here you know everyone has similar likes & aren't doing it to get their count up.

imo what used to be the pediphile capital of the internet,
Facebook has very few benefits for anyone other then Investigators,
& wanna-be snooops


at least here, when someone Friends you, You can be pretty Confident
the are not a Member of Isis, Cheaters or The FBI

Or if your a Student, Your Principal, teacher, or a 50 year old slime-ball
if there is a difference.

it is better to have then have not.
I guess it compares to "likes" Some get a lot of likes...some very few. Does not matter to some, others don't care.

Everyone knows they like it when the see likes and friend requests in their notifications. Or at least I do! :)

How can you be sure there aren't FBI members here?? Remember "just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they aren't watching you"!!
