Friend Digs a SWEET Seated Half Dollar !! and a bunch of relics!

We went on a all day relic hunt and my friend Andrew dug this sweet Half!! It was a digging bonanza and we got into a great site!

We got some great Gold Rush Relics and got most of it on video!



Part TWO should be done in a few days!! More old coins and some early buckles and relics.

SWEEEEEEEET HALF! So you fellas all swing some big money Minelabs, (3030's?) But that digging technique when the half came up... Gives me the willies! I call that the 'hack and scrape', which just removes an inch or so per scrape if the digging is easy, each time scraping directly over the target. I am stunned and so happy that he didn't scrape that half, the way it came flying out of the whole.

Buy a $100 shovel and dig AROUND your target, for the love of the relic gods.

I told him my "Guide" Fees are 50 cents-- he did not go for it!!

In part two our other guest bags a nice coin that I wish was in my pouch as well!! Oh well- at least it got found! and I get pretty excited regardless of who finds it!!
