I spent the day trying to line up this garage sale. They advertised that they would be open from 1pm to 6pm, but they forgot to list an address. I had to exchange about 8 emails with the guy to get the address. I showed up at 6pm and he told me I was the first in... Guess it was a slow day. Anyhow, I pulled out the Big Serving spoon. I don't know anything about it, but the Hallmarks are interesting. I was hoping someone on here could help me with it. I was also able to get this really cool Nambe platter. Nambe always sells well. I also got this jar with a sterling cover. Made in 1906? Not sure. Opinions are always welcome. These three items plus a cool picture my daughter liked (I doubt it has any value) cost a cool $15. The guy didn't have change for my $20, so I grabbed the small spoons (2 have nothing on the back but the name of the family hand engraved into the end of the back of the handle), the paperweight, and another picture for my daughter for $20 total. See pics and please give me any information you may have.

Nice buys dejapooh. I am sure some members will pipe in shortly. Thanks for sharing...

The spoon was made by Gerity, sorry to say it's not silver. I purchased a candle snuffer once with the same markings.
Good buys as always!

Yeah, it's starting to look like I got a bunch of plate, but no silver. Good will... Here we come!

I'll make enough on the Nambe platter to pay for the lot, and my wife wants the crystal bowl with the Sterling lid for Xmas... It's a good thing she likes so much stuff, that way I can put it away and she will forget about it... It will be a surprise.
