Tree - I've never seen anything like that last one.... It looks like it's the leading edge off of a woodworking or agricultural tool that was broken and then reworked into a point. Or my imagination it just working overtime. Cool find.

Tree!! have you looked the last one up? it sure looks like one not listed for Tn. i though you might have jumped states when i first saw it. it looks like a thebes E-notch that ran into to many plows on its way to your hand.. Terry

I really think that the last one is a worn out dove tail that has also been hit by a plow. the base is ground smooth as a babies butt and it has steep reworked angles on it.

Very cool finds. Hard to find stuff in a field of grass, well to me it is anyway.

naw grass fields are good if they flood, no one else is looking there, it leaves deep ditches to look in that get 2ft deep sometimes.
:)

hay Tree!! those points look very much like what we found in that bean field that they sowed in grass. i will try to see you there tomarrow evening. did not know it was open yet.. Terry

Terry, you mean the one I meet you in is plowed?
Ive not been up there all year.

was starting to think they was not gonna plow it. these point came from a field I hunt down along the Roaring River in Jackson Co.
