I've been meaning to post a photo of a typical hunt at Erosion Beach here in Southern California and here it is.

Was a beautiful Friday ... hunted the last hour before sunset. The 1945 wheat made he rest of the hunt just a fun time and I found the Silver chain as it just dropped off a sharp cut and was laying on the surface. It took a bit of cleaning but it's 925!

Other notable find was the 16 Oz sinker. How much are they getting for lead? I've got about 75 pounds worth all together.

The aluminum Whatsit is a keeper, maybe I can figure out what it is.
