I picked this up for $15.00 yesterday off of CL. It was used 1 time and then put back in the case.They usually go for around $100 or so Brand new.

Nice score. May be a stupid question, but what is it?

It is used to join 2 pieces of wood together.You cut a groove in each piece and apply glue to each groove.Then you insert a biscuit. Once the biscuits are in,and everything is alinged, you clamp it all together.
