Went out early this morning in the cold and wind, but after an hour my hands were numb, so home I went. Tried it again around 11 and struck out, not even a coin. Decided to go out a third time, paid off bigly lol.
Headed to a private campground swim area that's off limits during camping season. Went there in the spring and found 7 or 8 silver rings, the waters way down from the first time I hunted here. Only dug from zinc's and up because of the massive amount of trash.
Starting finding coins from the start. Within 15 minutes I dug my first silver ring. Hunted for 2 hours and ended up with a fair amount of clad, 2 silver rings and a junker.

Your awful brave to be water hunting in November haha... good finds! I've dug plenty of silver coins and a few other pieces of silver jewelry but not a single ring yet.

No nickles no gold rings. Dig those pull tab signals

There is a reason I didn't dig low tones at this spot....My time was limited and the amount of trash was overwhelming.

Haha that makes a lot more sense.

Well done. I hate digging trash too, but I love digging gold! Hopefully you will get the time you need to really make that spot pay off even more than it has already.
