All the best,

Chagy.......

This is all I have imfo wise, the repay order was signed Dec,22,1685, their is a book called "Spanish and French Rivalry in the Gulf Region, authored by a person named "Dunn". I dont have that book. I live in Nevada and have no intention of looking for this boat..If you do hope I you find it...gd

Chagy,I may have not understood your 1st post, I;m just putting possible leads out there for treasure divers.

Ghostdog, there is no diving allowed in the Bay of Cadiz and no treasure hunting allowed in the bay of Cadiz.

I thought you wanted more information.....

It may as well be on Mars.

Dear group;
Positive attitudes, everyone! If the loot is resting peacefully in the Bay of Cadiz, then rest assured SOMEONE will figure out a way to retrieve it, if it has not already been salvaged, that is. One should never underestimate the power of ingenuity, especially when there happens to be large sums of gold involved.
Your friend;

Year 1525 a galleon and 4 French naos shipwrecked in Chipiona (Cadiz)
