Free stuff from Kellyco

Has anyone else had any issues with the free stuff from kellyco floating around in the box and damaging the detector? I had this happen a couple of years ago and today I opened up my new Minelab Safari only to find that the Digger that was loosely added to the box with all the other items and it poked a hole in the screen. I have a planned hunt this week and needless to say I am a little disappointed but I am not too conserned because I have had good customer service with Kellyco in the past and I am sure they will resolve this issue. I just wish they had a better way of packing the free stuff. I do not want to send back the free stuff with the detector when I have it replaced just to have the same free stuff shipped again with the Safari. I just as soon have the Minlab Safari sent without packing loose items with it. Has anyone else had this issue? Can Kellyco just replace the Detector by itself?

Most issues with kellyco customer service is people not contacting the right person or posting complaint on wrong forum. They try hard to provide good service...
 

Just be sure to tell them thier COO sent you. Kellyco will treat you right even if you don't.
 

Kellyco jumped right on it right away and I should have a new detector in a couple of days. They have great customer service. Thanks
 

In LESS than a week I had the old one shipped back and I have received the new detector. With that kind of service I will keep coming back.
