Free pc or laptop chart plotting software

Heres a link to some great software to use for your pc or laptop to setup as a chart plotter.I just set it up on a portable pc for my boat with a 15 inch lcd monitor and installed a touch screen on it to use on my upper helm.it works great an is compatable with a lot of seriel and usb gps sensors.

OziExplorer is also a great utility. Aside from realtime GPS and waypoint handling, it also allows you to attach files (picts, video, text or whatever) to a waypoint. So if you dive on a spot and have pictures, you ca attach them to that spot, or if you have dive log or list of artifacts recovered as well.

Pretty cool! The free version doesn't offer realtime GPS, but I have never used it any way! The rest of the features are awesome and it will interface with just about anything. Even the Humminbird PC software through GPX files!
