✅ SOLVED Fragment of bangle?

Found this today on a dig in Oxfordshire England
I'm sure its nothing special but looks like someone put some effort in to making whatever this is.
Oh its about 4cm long
Any guesses or information appreciated.

Actually thinking about it they would need wrists the size of thighs as the curve is too subtle, any guesses appreciated.

Steve, this thread is already marked [SOLVED]. If you haven't already found the information, you should see about removing the marking. Besides that, your find looks really cool. When I first look at it, it looks like a hair braid; but the hole in the middle means it pivots. Please provide at least 1 photo of the back along with the overall dimensions. Describing the property in more detail and any artifacts you found nearby will also provide some context.

Don't understand what is going on with this thread but it is part of a knee or probably shoe buckle.
