Four What Is It's

The following items were dug at old house sites here in Tennessee. Top left was dug at a site that dated from late 1700's to 1830's. It is some kind of a brass loop with a hanging device. Next is brass heart shaped something? bottom left was dug at the same site and is heavy brass. Last, bottom right, is also brass. I have no idea what they are and hoping someone will know. Thanks for looking. Tennessee digger

Re: Four What Is It's

Upper left in the photo:
The object looks very similar to a candlestick's finger-holder ...but isn't quite the same. Compare it with this photo (below).

Lower left in the photo:
At first glance, the object does look like a drawer-pull knob. But it seems to have a rivet-ring on it's base, which is usually a characteristic of knobs which are riveted onto leather, such as a cartridge-box finial.

Lower right in the photo:
The object appears to be a US Model-1916 canteen strap snap-hook (World War One era). Compare it with the second photo (below).
