Found ww2 bolt action rifle

Ok, well with no pictures to go on, a mark of three circles sounds like a Nagoya Arsenal mark from a Japanese rifle. I can't tell you any more than that without seeing it as there are several different ones. Most common though is the Arisaka Type 38. I can't tell you about value without knowing what it is, but a type 38 can range anywhere from 100 - 1000$ depending on exact type, condition, and markings. http://www.gunsinternational.com/Japanese-Rifles.cfm?cat_id=345

Good call Ken! Along the same lines it could also be a Tokyo/Kukura arsenal.
