was the area you found scissors in away from homes or businesses. Scissors are a very common treasure marker for what some call KGC treasure. Look around for more pieces of metal

it was near where a homesite used to be. I thought I stumbled on a trash pit . I’m going to check out the KGC treasure you mentioned and read about it
