You have the land or you found the ad?

I found the ad.

My advice tear into that place like a Monkey on a Cupcake

Legible 176 year old paperwork found in a stone foundation sounds plausible? And who or what said he never banked?

The story has some gapping holes but who cares, if you can get on it swing away.

A Tnet with the title Johncoho lives near Altoona PA. I bet he would help.

Craiglist? Naaa.

Who's going to post to the world they're sitting on hidden millions and have a deed to prove it?

I just found the treasure of oak island so I'm going to post to craigslist I need some random someone with a pickup to come help me move it out of there.

If the John Deere wagon is authentic it would be 1881 or later. Deere didn't produce wagons until then and only got into the business as a partnership with an existing wagon manufacturer in Iowa. Those command a premium on the serious collectors market. I saw a restored one sell at auction for almost 12K several years ago although I don't recall what year it was from. The year of manufacture could usually be found on the inside of one of the side boards if any of that is intact. There was also a standard accessory wheel wrench that came with them.
