I know this should go to WHAT IS IT ? forum but I'm a beach hunter and I'm goin' to you guys first....
The blue light comes on every couple of hours, stays steady and then blinks for 10 seconds. It's weird. Took the top part off, it's threaded on, no access to a battery?
What do you think?

Definitely looks like an electric ciggy here is a picture of my better halves, the lower half with the button is the atomizer and the canister screws in with liquid being heated for vapor.
