Strange, looks like a cartage of some sort.

There is a circle with 3 lines in it and the numbers 047/61

It might be a tip for a wire feed welder.

Its a welding tip.

Yep, just changed mine tonight when I was welding a lawnmower part. Looks like the tip to a mig welder.
