It must have been spent recently (as opposed to delivered in sorted coin rolls) as the diameter is just a bit larger than a dime, but having had S.B. Anthony dollars returned in change instead of quarters personally I'm not surprised. It's not a rare coin and is less than 2/3 silver, but certainly rare to get in change, Congrats!
