Hi there, thank you for you kind reply. I found it on a Corn Field, near the river. The size is about a litle over an inch. Hope this helps and if you need more pics, i would gladly provide.

It doesnit 'jump out at me', I would guess just
a weathered piece of material, looks like flint rock,
maybe something the Indians brought home.
I have found small crystals at camp sites, (looked
like they were carried in 'medicine pouches, very worn).

that whitish color certainly looks like a calcium formation from a cave...
(I guess you couldn't say stalactite or stalagmite until you saw it's original
orientation.)

You could drop some vinegar on it . If it foams up It probably a part of a stalagmite/stalagtite. No foam I could be a stream washed/weathered mastodon tooth. If so it would have layers of tooth material and bone. Looks very weathered.

Not really sure but it looks to be just a odd little quartz nodule. The only fossil that it remotely resembles is a crinoid stem. What you might have is a Crinoid stem that has been replaced with silica. Neat little find.
