i live on a farm and we look for arrowheads in our corn fields. we were walking through the fields yesterday and my wife found this coin. i can make out what i believe is FR and a crown above it. i dont know what it is made of and dont know how to clean it. the other side is covered in green and i cant make out anything. it is a little larger than a pennie. any help on what it is and how to clean it would be great. the is a small shinny part and it looks like it could b copper or brass, but its so small i cant tell. thanks for any help!!!! clayphone 047.webp

I have seen them before. Sure it's not a button? There were late 18th century military buttons with a similar device on them. If I remember correctly they were Spanish or Germanic.
