Found this in a Civil War

camp along with a bunch of bullets, buttons etc. It looks just like a very small lug wrench. We wondered if it was some kind of gun tool.
Also we dont know if it was used on some type of farm equipment or what. Hopefuly someone will know. Thanks for looking...d2

That remind's me I still have a scratch built slot car in the attic from about 196-something.

Is the pointy end a screwdriver? As mentioned, it is similar to a "scrench" for a chainsaw.
