Hey, new here and this is my first post, so don't be too hard on me.

I found this while digging through a box of foreign coins at my local coin shop, and I can't find anything on it!
I know the language is Hebrew, but that's as far as I've gotten.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

My best guess is that it's a 1 Shekel coin, but no idea the date.

Reverse: The denomination "1" between two stars; "One Israeli Pound" and the date in Hebrew.
Alloy: Copper 75%, nickel 25%. Diameter: 27.5 mm. Weight: 9 gr. Edge: Alternating milled and smooth. Design: Obverse: Rothschild and Lippman. Reverse: Zvi Narkiss.

The date on this one is actually 1971, and it is a 1 lira from Israel, worth about a quarter.
