Looks like a whiskey flask and a Florida Water(cologne) or pepper sauce, both would have had paper labels, no real value...You might want to lighten your pics a bit...

I really don't know what your deal is with the pretty silky backgrounds but in order to properly date... things like the bottom.. a seam if any and as they get older how the top was finished...ect.. will need to be seen. the red looks nice though.

Could be 1888, could be 1948....That is the thickest base I have ever seen though, can you tell me if there are any markings on the bottom and if the seams of the glass run all the way up the sides and thru the lip or not?

There is a 3 on the bottoms right and left SIDS. a oval with a diamond shape going through it in the middle of the bottom. And a 12 right beside the oval shape
